If you use the "Check availability" form, we collect the email address you provide. We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure enquiries; aside from that we don't collect any other personal information through the site itself.
We use your email address solely to respond to your enquiry about garage availability. Our legal basis for this is legitimate interest — responding to a direct enquiry you've chosen to make.
If your enquiry doesn't lead to a tenancy, we'll delete your email address within 12 months. If you go on to become a tenant, your details are then held under the terms of your licence agreement, in line with our standard record-keeping practices.
We don't sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party. It's used only by us, to reply to you.
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to how it's used. To make any of these requests, email us at the address below.
